#1403 [RFE] utils/kojid in PyPi
Closed: Fixed by tkopecek. Opened by tkopecek.

I've got this request - to distribute also utils via PyPi. From my POV it is almost the same as publishing kojid there. I'm not sure how to deal with this. Implicitly I'm against, as these "binaries" are dependent on global configs by default. On the other hand, they all can be fed with custom config paths, etc. So in the end I've no strong argument against.

What do you think? Is it useful to have these in PyPi?

I would only add koji-gc/kojira/koji-shadow to distribution: #1428

Would like to have further discussion around the plans for PyPi. Let's not tie this to the 1.18 release.

@dgregor - So, do we want to have these in PyPi? It probably extends to "have all runnables in PyPi" (even kojid).
