#158 koji remove-host
Closed: Fixed Opened by jflorian.

It doesn't appear that the CLI offers any way to reverse a "koji add-host" operation. I have new builders and want to obsolete my original ones. How is one supposed to do that? I tried removing a host from all channels (including default) but "koji list-hosts" and the web UI's Hosts tab both still show the old host. I realize I can disable these, but the VMs for them will never again exist. Seems like a more thorough cleanup should be doable.

If the host has done anything at all, then it can't really be removed the database. It will be referenced by tasks and buildroots. Just mark them disabled.

Okay, that's what I figured (having decades of RDBMS under my belt). Just wanted that warm and fuzzy feeling that I was on the right track. Thanks!
