koji-prune-scratch and koji-prune-work should be somewhere. My feeling is that it should be in basic koji repo, but maybe they are more fit for koji-tools.

I would rather like to see koji-tools being merged here in some "contrib" directory or something like that.

It's tricky because some of those tools are barely supportable (no unit tests, etc). I'd prefer to keep them separate to be honest.
