#1708 list-builds sorts build alphabetically, not according to nvr fields

Simple sort with key 'nvr' is used in CLI command, while compareNVR should be used.

Let's drop this. I've mixed it with what we have in kobo. Here it would mean reintroducing rpm dependency which we don't want due to virtualevns.
