In some cases, the cli will print the inheritance flags in the wrong place. E.g.

$ koji list-tag-inheritance epel7-infra
     epel7-infra (374)
....  └─epel7-build (259)
....     ├─epel7-override (264)
     │....  └─epel7 (257)
....     └─epel7-base (258)
