#1978 koji dist-repo key id is case sensitive

When doing a koji dist-repo they key id is used in a case sensitive manner. This is a bit unexpected.

Example Output:

Some rpms were missing requested signatures.
Acceptable keys: ['ABEC1372']

RPM name: available keys

bzip2-1.0.6-26.el8.src: ['', 'abec1372']
