@ignatenkobrain requested ability to un/block packages in sidetags #1956. It is on the one side somehting which is needed in real world, on the other, it is potentially dangerous due to inconsitency of buildroot with master tag. It should have some policies about that (which tag, user, etc, can do this).

Or at least, it should be a 'extra' in master tag, that it is allowed to do in derived sidetags.

Having possibility to editTag would be nice as well, so that e.g. you can enable debuginfo generation for your side tag and things like that.

@dustymabe something what is required to be able to build rust packages without my intervention.
