We hoped, that other merge mode will not be used much, world thinks otherwise. Let's remove "safety by obscurity" and display merge mode in taginfo (CLI + web).

Side note: I don't think we were deliberately obscuring this. We were reporting the merge mode in the list-external-repos command. I think this was just an oversight.
