#2120 kojira fails to start with old config

Old kojira configs may contain the never-used with_src configuration option. It was previously in the example kojira.conf that we shipped. With the change from #1934, this option is no longer valid and kojira will fail to start.

We should be tolerant of this old config option. Many setups are likely to have it.
