#2204 hub errors not logged during multicall

When an exception happens in a multicall, it is returned in the results but not logged on the hub in the same way that exceptions are logged for normal calls.

Viewing these errors is often an important debugging tool, and multicall is being used more and more. We should add log output for parity with normal calls.
