There are a number of host settings that the hub tracks:
At the moment, there is no history for these settings, and it is impossible to determine who made changes or when.
That could mean making some of this data versioned in the db similar to other tables, or we might be able to record the data a different way.
If we do use versioning in the db, then this would likely involve a bit of refactoring, since there are parts of the host table that definitely represent transient state.
