#2311 koji add-host --force doesn't seem to work

While moving datacenters for fedora, I had a host that I forgot to add before it started and registered as a user.

I tried to use the new 'koji add-host --force', but it didn't work:

Yes, unfortunately this works for SSL authentication, but not Kerberos authentication. See #2200
