#2368 hub: archive's checksum_type should be always integer in DB

  • in CG_Importer.match_file(), archive's checksum_type is integer and comp's checksum_type is string(from metadata)
  • in import_archive_internal(), we should also make sure translating fileinfo['checksum_type'] to integer as well
