#2616 Lower default multicall batch values

In recent weeks different installations hit the problem with too large default batche in GC and clone-tag. Holding session log for whole batch cause other processes to wait. We should lower at least these and check other occurences. My rule of thumb would be that no multicall batch should take more than a minute? @mikem
