#270 Strange behavior when kojid child process dies suddenly
Closed: Dropped by tkopecek. Opened by mikem.

Observed in Fedora on arm. The child process dies (e.g. segfault, oom-killed), and the parent process ends up restarting the task. This is almost certainly not the behavior we want.

At present, we rely on the child process to fail the task when there is an error. In this case, the child process dies too suddenly for that to happen.

Low priority item as it rarely happens. Likely not an easy fix and may require some design work.

Should be part of ABI work.
