Reopen Issue

There is a few places where admin needs to look for user-related info. Dedicated command could be useful, displaying:
- user id
- user name
- krb principals
- permissions
- status
- usertype
- number of packages
- number of tasks
- number of builds

I think there were some concerns about some of these data. But they are available via API anyway.
