I've started https://github.com/tkopecek/koji-docs-ng which is now ready for review. Let's discuss it and merge it into current docs with proper redirects, etc.

I'm a little unclear what the suggested plan here is. The description suggests we're planning to merge docs-ng back into koji/docs, but the structure of the repo suggests we're splitting docs out.

Overally, certainly better organized, but adding the needed redirects might make a bit of a mess.

It is just in different place. In case we agree on this, I'll create proper PR for koji repo.
