#335 [RFE] list-permissions would better have descriptions for each role

New user may be confused about what a 'role' can do and which permissions he/she should request for, if he/she hasn't a chance to try cli at first, especially for cooperated application developer.
It could be dangerous that one doesn't know exactly what it is, but wants to taste it.
Another more direct approach is adding permission info in list_commands and _listapi.

An interesting idea.

Many permissions are user defined, so we'd need to extend the schema to track the description.
