fail_fast allow user to ignore buid_arch_can_fail=True in kojid.conf. In case user wants to have all the failed builds (e.g. to see which tests are failing on which arch) there is no way to enforce it elegantly. There could be user option to do that. I think we've denied it last time as some CI tools can abuse it, but filing it here for further discussion.
