As creating a side-tag needs quite a lot of resources, can we have a way to exclude some architectures from the process? That way we can avoid wasting resources for example when a package is not built on some architecture and don't need a side-tag. fedpkg can then either accept a list of excluded architectures passed by the user, or parse the specfile and automatically exclude the ExcludeArch arches.

I'm not sure this is wise. If a side-tag build is created without all the parent's arches, then tagging it back could break deps on the missing arches. I don't think the few exceptions are worth it.
