#4074 add note that files are cleared when getTaskResults returns some results but listTaskOutput returns an empty result

Currently, Koji returns list of files byt getTaskResults when listTaskOutput returns an empty result, because task outputs are not retained indefinitely. Let's add message in the getTaskResult, when this use case occurs.
