#4220 Path error in the documentation about the database migrations

In https://docs.pagure.org/koji/migrations/migrating_to_1.35/,
the path with the database migration files is called:
/usr/share/doc/koji/docs/
but in the RPM package for EPEL-9 it will be:
/usr/share/koji/schema
