Excuse me, can the module package be imported into Koji using the Koji command, including the metadata of the module package, just like what MBS builds, or is there any other way for MBS to import it?

Questions like this are better suited to the mailing list or other venue. This is an issue tracker.

That said, yes. MBS uses the content generator interface. Other clients can do the same, if given permission.
