For example, this is can be Gitea API Integration, for:
- seeing commits that were processed?
- send callback to SCM for indicates build state and status

You could probably write a small plugin for the callbacks you want. In general, such integrations widely vary.

I'm not quite sure what "seeing commits that were processed" should mean, but viewing commit info is generally better accomplished in the scm's own interface.
