After upgrading from libusb1-1.0.29-1.fc42 to libusb1-1.0.29-3.fc42 user's USB wearable device stopped appearing as mass storage in Dolphin.

At the same time on the same laptop the device is working fine on Windows (passed through in QEMU VM). Downgrading to libusb1-1.0.29-1.fc42 is reverting the behavior back to expected: device is appearing in Dolphin as mass storage.
