#525 Brew "write-signed-rpms" should allow to sign specific rpm, not build

When n-v-r-a is used: "Type Error: NoneType object is unsubscriptable" is printed out.

  • Command is not weel-named (takes a build's nvr, not single rpm)
  • It should allow signing of one rpm only
