#776 Add timestamps to logs

It is useful to add some timeline data to logs produced on builder. As they are generated by different tools, we are not able to add timestamp inside logs. So, create special logfile with timestamps and offsets of uploads of logs which can be used to gain some insights to times.

This behaviour should be configurable.
