#899 [RFE] Builder web page/CLI hostinfo should list all currently running tasks on that host

Currently page lists 'Active buildroots', but there are other types of tasks which are not visible there. Sometimes it would be beneficial to see all tasks running on the host.

In the web ui, the task load value is a link to the tasks for the host

We can probably make this link more obvious in the UI. Open to suggestions as to how that should look...
