Drop the references to old EOL Fedora versions and simplify the package install steps by using "Yum" everywhere.
Why are we using yum everywhere? The dnf command is available in more places than the yum command is.
yum
dnf
@ngompa, the reason I chose Yum here is because Yum is the default package manager on CentOS 6 and 7, so this commit simplifies the instructions to make it easier for new Koji administrators to get started, regardless of operating systems.
In Fedora, the Yum package manager is being rebranded as "powered by DNF", and it will remain for compatibility with older CentOS versions. yum install <package> is a simple way for Fedora users to install packages.
yum install <package>
This doc is in such need of a complete refactor.
I guess using just yum is fine for now, given the last comment. Can confirm that yum on F27 no longer chides you to run dnf instead.
