I've tested this locally patched against the latest F23 stable koji builds. Without this change I do indeed end up with repos that omit armv6hl binary packages.

Bump - Would still be nice to have this for armv6 rebuild work related to Pi Zero and older RasPis

Any reason to not merge this? It looks similar to, but more complete than #8.
