#2206 doc: indent SQL query for user ID discovery

Prior to this change, Sphinx rendered the SQL query outside of the "Note" box. You can see the problem here: https://docs.pagure.org/koji/server_howto/#give-yourself-admin-permissions

Indent the query further so that Sphinx renders it inside the "Note" border.
