Note, that is more workaround. Full solution would be web ui plugins API #176

This requires anyone overriding the setting to duplicate the very long default values in their config. I had envisioned leaving the existing tasks built in and using the config only to specify additions.

Updated - I've removed runroot from default list, as it is plugin which needn't to be activated,
