Download 2952.patch

Fix a few issues with the --help text for the download-logs CLI.

Needs a simple test update due to help message.

rebased onto a278f1bb521509c0ff01a347d5acb1408b1bcead

Whoops. I edited the test fixture and tox passes now.

(This actually uncovered another small error in the command description. I had "Download a logs for task" and I changed it to "Download logs for task".)
