I sometimes get xmlrpc.DateTime from some reason here. So, workaround based on kojihub.py DateTime handling.

That's odd. Do you know where the xmlrpc.DateTime is coming from?

Ouch, found the reason. It was on special branch with mixed content from psycopg2 migration. Not all string_types were deleted there.
So it doesn't make sense for master, cancelling PR.
