Subject: koijkamid: remove clamav scanner


The ClamAV virus scanner in Cygwin is buggy and unmaintained. It takes
significant time to run the scanner during each build, and Windows has
better malware scanners now.

Remove the ClamAV virus scanning from kojikamid.
