Adding the CERN koji location: https://koji.cern.ch/

Is it correct? In #1975 we've changed it last time and and that url (koji.cern.ch) is not accessible to me.

It is correct, but it is private. If you prefer, we can keep it as it was and just change the description.

Maybe better? So, people are not confused that they'll get nowhere when clicking the link.
