It is a skeleton of a queue. If we wil decide to go this way, changes to build calls and kojira are needed. PR is opened for discussion.

I actually have my own version of this that I was working on a few weeks ago. Definitely similar ideas at work. I've been meaning to move my hub code into its own hub module as you have.
