#874 Update URL for Open Science Grid Koji instance

The host for the Open Science Grid Koji instance has changed and we now use HTTPS. (The old address still works, but is a redirect.)

When I go to https version, I got warnings about SEC_ERROR_UNKNOWN_ISSUER and if ignored, SSL_ERROR_HANDSHAKE_FAILURE_ALERT is raised. http works for me.

  • Changed Open Science Grid instance URL to use http since their CA isn't commonly trusted

Ah yes, forgot that our CA is only accepted by the grid community. Changed to http; I'll make another update when we switch out our cert.
