Hi there -- hope I found the right place to report this.

In Ubuntu's Liberation fonts package (fonts-liberation2, version 2.00.1-7~18.04.2 on Ubuntu 18.04), the right arrow character is incorrectly aligned on the line, relative to other characters. I will attach a screenshot showing the problem. The problem arises very obviously in LibreOffice. With Deja Vu Sans, the problem is not there, so it looks like an issue with the metrics for this particular character in this font.

The same issue is present in LibreOffice 6.3.5.2 in Windows 10 and also in Word (Office365) . So it looks like a pure font issue.

BTW this issue arises with left arrow, too, and probably other characters. This is just the main one that I notice.
