Make file included in lohit-oriya is wrong it looks its a make file used to create all tarballs of lohit fonts. Please include correct make file which can be used to generate ttf file from sfd.

Marking this blocker because it doesn't allow automatic building of Debian package for lohit-oriya.

Please reopen if any problem.

Thank you for informing about this. I was using generate.pe script in Fedora spec file so did not noticed this issue. I have done new minor release https://fedorahosted.org/releases/l/o/lohit/lohit-oriya-2.5.4.1.tar.gz

Use "$make ttf"  now to get same results as earlier.
