Not sure if its required with SSO flow

Done in https://github.com/vrutkovs/matrix-openshift/commit/4adb5054ae0cfe35adf03622c77187f8c8019780, although Riot expects the IS to run on this server and shows an ugly warning.

It doesn't block login, but perhaps we should switch to Vector IM server? Alternatively we can run mxisd again, it doesn't seem to use many resources
