Currently all deployments are using emptyDir as storage, that means postgresql restart would clean up the DB and synapse restart would break uploaded media.

Current list:

  • One PV for Postgresql. 50GB should be sufficient for ~ year
  • One PV for synapse media. Size - ~10GB
  • PV for Prometheus, size - ~5GB
