Note this is a continuation of the work done in last years May-Aug internship. The work for this internship will be more focused on illustration and less on research/infographics/templates. @smeragoel and I will be co-mentoring this internship.

This is a proposed project for Outreachy. Note that once this ticket is approved you will have to register as a mentor on the Outreachy page and enter this information again. Many of these questions are based on the application on the Outreachy website.

    • Excellent computer knowledge and proficiency on either OSX/Windows/Linux
    • Must be proficient in basic design programs such as Inkscape & GIMP or the Adobe Suite with a willingness to learn the open versions of this software.

    • Basic to intermediate knowledge of typography, infographics, style guides, etc

    • Look for issues in the Fedora Badges repo tagged "outreachy"
    • Choose a ticket and comment with your intent to design a solution. Tag @smeragoel and/or @riecatnor on the ticket so we are aware.

    • Work on the ticket and upload SVG AND PNG files to the ticket. You will receive reviews/commentary most likely with some suggestions from improvement. Once you have incorporated the feedback, upload the new design and wait for another round of reviews. The process continues like this until the task is completed.

The project proposal is approved from my side and is good to go in the Outreachy system!
