Lets talk about the announcement on the MLs , shall we?

Has the template undergone a change or has it stayed the same? The propositions might need a revision if it did.

Also, could you please help me tag https://pagure.io/mentored-projects/issue/85 with GSoC? In contrary to what is specified in the commblog article, propositions cannot be tagged wih a GSoC label by the ones proposing them for as long as they are not given access to this repo.
