#39 Huge test data in source tarballs

Problem Description

At least the tarball in the SRPM submitted for review contains the test_data/ subdirectory which contains tarballs several MBs in size.

Acceptance Criteria

  • python setup.py sdist produces tarballs in dist/ without these files
  • running pytest skips the test(s) which need this data
