Issue #5: Store SVG icons as source documents - mullvad-client

The fixed-size icons do not scale well.

Obtain the original vector documents and store them as SVG documents.

This implies adding build-time rules to generate raster images, if needed.

Very good point! We've asked the firm that designed them for vector based versions.
