#3 Moving from RDO gerrit to CentOS Gitlab ?

I think we should move out the NFV SiG codebase [1][2] from the RDO cgit to the CentOS Gitlab [3].
Until very recently, NFV artifacts was consumed by RDO mainly, and maintained and tested by RDO folks.
But now, it's also used by the OKD community so it would make sense to migrate to the CentOS Gitlab and run promotion pipeline for both RDO and OKD.

What do you think ?

We run the automation zuul jobs on that repo. Is the install zuul running on the centos gitlab? Also we have all the bots proposing changes automatically that would need to be adapted to gitlab.
