https://github.com/puiterwijk/python-openidc-client has not seen commits upstream for several years, and this is concerning for a security-related library.

Recommend we switch to https://pyoidc.readthedocs.io/

https://pagure.io/odcs/pull-request/657 this PR is for supporting internal OIDC authentication. Even though pypidc is not used, but openidc-client is removed from the code.
