The links for the arm and ppc tracker bugs given at https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging:Guidelines#Architecture_Build_Failures are broken as bugzilla claims there is no such bug alias.

There is also no link for aarch64, which is what I was actually looking for.

https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=922257 seems to be the aarch64 tracker.

Thanks for the report, I just fixed the broken links and added the missing one for aarch64 in the wiki:
