i have added request adding new package genwqe-tools. Because of wrong email (typo) of co-maintainer it was denied, but the new package was added.

Now i cannot neither create new request or correct the email of co-maintainer so that it can be approved.

Could you please take a look at this?

This isn't a FPC task - you want https://pagure.io/fedora-infrastructure

In any case, the package exists so I don't see the problem. If you just want to have someone else added to the package, just have them go to the pkgdb page and request access: https://admin.fedoraproject.org/pkgdb/package/rpms/genwqe-tools/
